Inbox & Photos Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of Inbox & Photos Dashboard (“Inbox & Photos,” “we,” “us,” or “the App”), available at inboxphotos.com. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The Service
The App provides a dashboard for supported connected email accounts and selected Google Photos media. Features may include mailbox totals and unread counts, viewing email, selecting and organizing photos and videos, uploading media from your computer, and accessing uploaded content across supported devices when signed in to the same App account. Available features may change over time.
2. Your App Account
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account, subject to applicable law. Notify us at briefmb4@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Connected Services
The App may connect with Google, Microsoft, and other supported providers. By connecting an account, you authorize the App to access the information allowed by the permissions you grant and needed for the features you use. Your use of each provider’s service remains subject to that provider’s own terms and policies. We do not control third-party services or guarantee their availability.
You can disconnect supported accounts through available controls. Disconnecting a provider may stop the App from retrieving or displaying information from that service. You may also need to revoke authorization in the provider’s own account settings.
4. Photos, Videos, and Other Content
You retain the rights you hold in content you upload or access through the App. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to use that content.
Files uploaded directly from your computer may be stored separately from media selected through Google Photos. Disconnecting Google Photos or removing Google Photos selections does not necessarily delete files uploaded from your computer. Availability across devices depends on the App’s storage and synchronization features.
Please keep your own backup of important content. We cannot guarantee that content will always be available, synchronized, or recoverable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App unlawfully; access accounts or information without authorization; interfere with the App’s security or operation; bypass access controls; or upload content that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
6. Privacy and Data
Our collection and handling of account information, email-related information, photos, videos, and other data are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that policy. Please review it before connecting an account or uploading content.
7. Availability and Changes
We work to keep the App functioning, but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free service or compatibility with every device or third-party service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as reasonably necessary.
8. Account Closure and Removal
You may use the account controls provided in the App, where available, or contact briefmb4@gmail.com for help with account closure or data-removal requests. Closing your App account, disconnecting a provider, and deleting uploaded files may be separate actions. We handle retained information according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
The App’s software, name, branding, and interface may be protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you. You retain any rights you hold in your own content.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that emails, photos, videos, attachments, or third-party account information will always load, synchronize, or remain available. These Terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inbox & Photos and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limitation.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.
